GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE

Have you ever experienced EXCELLENT customer service? I mean, unexpected, eye opening, WOW factor service?

The other day I was at CiCi's on west Central, with my wife and son for lunch. I dont know if you guys have eaten there lately or not, but they have made some changes to their menu. Several, in fact. I won't go into all of them, but one in particular got me a little miffed...cheese-breadsticks.

If you have ever had their cheesey breadsticks, you understand my plight when I say, WTH?!?! Those are the best! In fact, when I discovered this, I was in line, and the manager was informing me of all the changes they made. I said outloud, "Man those cheesey breadsticks are your best menu item, how could you possibly remove them? What a big mistake, I come here alot and its mostly because of some of your 'signature' items, like the peperoni flips and your mac&cheese pizza, and the cheesey breadsticks." The manager simply appologized and showed me the new breadsticks they have, which are more like the ones you get at Fazzoli's (which are also very good, but not cheesey). I tried one, but I dont like them as much at all... with out the cheese its just not the same.

So I go back to me seat, clearly dejected... and about 8 minutes later a different manager walks by our table, and puts down a plate FULL of freshly made cheesey-breadsticks! And man did he pile on the cheese and herbs! I mean, these had to be the best looking, best smelling, and best tasting ones I have ever had! All he said when he put the plate down, was "SHHHHH..." with his finger over his mouth! He then smiled and walked away.

WOW!!! My eyes were practically watering with sheer happiness and bliss as I scarffed down possibly the last CiCi's cheesy-breadsticks I'll ever have!

Thats the kind of EXCELLENT customer service that changes peoples perspective on the world. Man if we could all be like that manager, give like that guy, just for the joy of seeing that persons face light up like the Christmas Tree in Central Park....makes ya wonder how different the world would be...
